Should I fill out an order form on picture day or can I order online later?

Due to how large our leagues are, and the short seasons we have to photograph them, we are not able to photograph every child. Therefore, if your child does not have an order form on picture day chances are high, we will not photograph him/her. If you aren’t sure if you want to order pictures, please ask our staff to photograph your child with the option of ordering pictures later. Please note, orders placed after picture day are more expensive and may incur a mailing fee.

 

What should my child wear for picture day?

We recommend that your child wear their uniform or team apparel for team photos, as this will help ensure consistency across all photos. If your league or team has specific uniform guidelines for picture day, please follow those. Please make sure your child’s shirt is tucked in and there is no snack on their face (face wipes will be provided at the picture table.)

 

What time should we arrive for picture day?

If you’re unsure of your teams time slot, please CONTACT US. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled picture time. This allows your child to get ready, settle in, and avoid any rushed photos. Our Team can photograph up to six teams at once so needless to say it can get hectic on picture day. We thank you in advance for your patience and support as we strive to make it a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

How do we order photos?

A link/password to our online editable order form AND online store will be sent to you before picture day. It will either be added into your team app (TeamSnap, Playmetrics, Etc.) or emailed to your coach. PLEASE NOTE: We do not photograph kids without order forms. Therefore, if you order online, be sure to print it and bring it with you on picture day! There will also be paper order forms available on picture day, but we encourage online ordering for convenience and faster processing.

Can I order pictures after picture day?

Yes! You can order photos online for up to 30 days after picture day. However, pre-ordering ensures you get the best price, as we offer discounts for orders placed on or before picture day.

What if my child can’t make it on picture day?

If your child is unable to attend picture day, we can arrange a make-up session or take individual portraits at a later time, depending on availability. Please Contact Us ahead of time to schedule an alternate session.

How long will it take to receive our photos?

Our goal is to provide high-quality photos as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes Our Team 1-2 weeks for photos to be edited,  processed, and ready for delivery. Once ready, your pictures will be hand delivered to your coach during your game.

What happens if my child’s photo doesn’t turn out well?

We strive to capture great photos of every child, but if for any reason you're not satisfied with your child’s individual portrait, let us know! We’ll do our best to arrange a re-shoot or provide refund options to ensure you're happy with the final product.

Do you offer digital images or just prints?

We offer both digital images and high-quality prints! We also offer a variety of print packages, including memory mates, trading cards, and photo gifts like keychains and plaques.

 

How do I pay for my photos?

We take only credit/debit cards for online orders. If you're ordering in person on picture day, we'll have an order form available with payment options including cash, checks, VENMO, and credit/debit cards. If you need assistance with payment, don’t hesitate to ask our staff on the day of the shoot.

What if there is a mistake or my child’s name is spelled incorrectly on the photo package?

If you notice a mistake with your package, please Contact Us as soon as possible, and we’ll make the correction free of charge. We strive for accuracy, but we’re happy to assist with any changes that need to be made.

Can you take a photo of more than one person?

Yes, we can photograph up to three people in one photo. If interested, please ask our staff for a "buddy photo." PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to mark clearly on your order form which products you would like printed using a buddy photo. A buddy photo can be used in any of our packages that are printed using an individual photo.

How will I know if picture day in canceled due to inclement weather?

In the event of rain or inclement weather conditions, please go to your league’s web site for information on cancellations or delays. If games are cancelled, so are pictures.

What should I do if I have additional questions on picture day?

We have a very large staff that will be available on picture day to assist with any last-minute questions or concerns. Feel free to ask our friendly team for help with anything you need, whether it’s related to your child’s outfit, ordering process, or timing.
