Our Kickback Program helps local leagues, schools, and recreation centers thrive, supporting youth sports and activities while making Picture Day a rewarding experience for everyone involved.

How the Kickback Program Works

These kickbacks can be used in any number of ways to benefit your community, whether it’s providing video and photography services, supporting programs, funding equipment, or providing scholarships for kids who may need financial assistance to participate.

These funds and services can be used to:

• Support Youth Programs: Help fund equipment, uniforms, or special events. This support allows you to offer more opportunities for children to play, grow, and develop.

• Provide Scholarships: Make sports more accessible by funding scholarships for families in need. This ensures that every child, regardless of their economic situation, has the opportunity to get involved and enjoy the benefits of sports.

• Enhance Community Events: Support tournaments, end-of-season parties, and family gatherings. These events strengthen the sense of community and create lasting memories for everyone involved.

• Improve Facilities: Upgrade fields, seating, and amenities for a better playing environment. A better playing environment helps ensure that children enjoy their time in a safe, clean, and welcoming space.

• Fund Coaching Resources: Provide training and support for volunteer coaches. We can also provide our videography services by creating training videos for coaches and players. By investing in coaches, we ensure that players receive the guidance, support, and inspiration they need to succeed both on and off the field.

• Outreach & Engagement: Strengthen community bonds with sports clinics or workshops. This strengthens the overall fabric of the community, empowering everyone to get involved and benefit from the positive impact of sports.

• Make Picture Day Affordable: Offset photo costs to make it easier for families to participate. This way, families don’t have to choose between getting a keepsake photo and paying for their child’s participation fees.

• Support Special Projects: Fund specific needs like new scoreboards or playgrounds. Kickback funds can be earmarked for these special projects, allowing the league to meet specific goals or improve infrastructure that directly benefits the children and families involved.

• Professional Services: Through our sister company, BRN Productions, you can also allocate funds for professional services that help elevate your league or center's presence. Whether it’s videography, marketing, banner creation, or additional photography, BRN Productions can provide the option to use your kickback funds for these services. This allows you to free up your budget for other important needs, all while enhancing your organization's visibility and engagement.
