COVID-19 POLICIES

Portrait Division strives to make picture day as safe and stress free as possible. To ensure we are following guidelines and protocols set forth by the state, we want to provide a detailed outline of what picture day will look like this season.

What we are doing different this season?

  • All Portrait Division staff will wear masks and gloves at all times.

  • We will not be using balls or other props in the pictures this season to lower the amount of equipment we touch.

  • We will spread out our tables and staff as much as space allows.

  • We will be limiting the amount of touching to only as a last resort when a child needs help with posing.

  • Pens will be disinfected after every use.

  • All camera equipment, tables, benches and clipboards will be disinfected often throughout the day.

What we ask of parents/guardians and coaches this season?

  • Please wear a mask. Kids will be expected to wear masks at all times with the exception of while they are being photographed for team and individual pictures.

  • If your child has or has come into contact with anyone who has had COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days please stay at home and contact us to reschedule your pictures.

  • We ask that kids and coaches sanitize their hands before we begin team pictures. Hand sanitizer will be available.

  • We ask that only one (1) person comes to the picture day table per child. We understand that this is not always possible but we would like to limit the amount of people at the picture day table as much as possible.

  • To limit the amount of equipment being touched and people at the table we recommend that you prefill out an order form. PLEASE NOTE: we only photograph kids with order forms to speed up the process. Therefore, be sure to give us the order form upon arrival. (We will still provide paper order forms for those who aren’t able to prefill one out.)

  • Please see our two poses below. To limit the amount of touching please show and practice the age appropriate pose with your child prior to picture day. We will still offer posing assistance to kids who need it to get the best possible picture.
